Customizing Registration Form Fields

You can enable and disable specific form fields for your affiliate registration form.

1. Click on Design > Manage Form Fields link on the top menu of your affiliate admin area.
2. The Enable / Disable Program Registration Fields window will allow to set each form field as Required, Optional, or Hidden.
3. Once you save the form, it will show up on your affiliate registration page.
