How To Pay Affiliates Via Dwolla Mass Payment

To pay affiliates via Dwolla Mass Payment, follow these steps:

Dwolla Email Address Requirement

For Dwolla mass payment to work, please make sure your affiliates have entered their Dwolla email address in their affiliate profile. If you have not enabled the Dwolla form field, you can do that in Design > Manage Form Fields so that it will show up on your affiliate registration and profile areas.

Dwolla API Keys

If you want to pay affiliates directly and not using the Mass Payment file, you will need to log-in to your Dwolla account and generate your API keys.

Approving Commissions

You must first approve the commissions you want to pay out. You can do that through the Commissions > Manage Commissions area. Select the checkbox for the commissions you want to approve and select mark checked as approved for payment at the bottom.

Alternatively, you can also go to Affiliate Payments > Make Payments and click on the Approve Pending Commissions button. This will mark all pending commissions as approved.

Make Affiliate Payments

Once you've approved your commissions, you can go to Affiliate Payments > Make Payments and click on the Dwolla's Get Started button.

On the Dwolla Mass Payment Page, fill in the following fields:

• Pay Commissions Based On Date -Sselect Yes if you only want to pay commissions generated on a specific date.
• Start Date - If you want to pay commissions based on date, enter the start date here.
• End Date - If you want to pay commissions based on date, enter the end date here.
• Exclude Those Not Within Min Quota - If you don't want to include affiliates who have not reached your minimum affiliate payment quota, select Yes
• Total Rows - The total affiliates you want to pay.
• API Key - Dwolla API Key
• API Secret - Dwolla API Secret
• Token - Dwolla Token
• Pin - Dwolla Pin
• Payment Notes - Notes to add for payment. For example: September 2014 Affiliate Payment

Click on the Generate Payment List

Download the Mass Payment File

On the Select Users page, you can click on the check box to add the affiliate to your Dwolla Mass Payment file. You can also pay affiliates via Dwolla directly by clicking on the Pay with Dwolla button.

Once you have selected the affiliates, click on the Generate button to download the mass payment file.

You can now log-in to your Dwolla account and upload the mass payment file for payment.

Archive Payments

Once you have finished paying affiliates through Dwolla, make sure to check the boxes and select the dropdown for archive checked as paid to mark all the commissions as paid.

Once you have archived payments, you can review them under Affiliate Payments > Payments History
