Managing Coupon Codes

the coupon code feature in JAM requires that the coupon code itself be transmitted during the commission generation code.

for example:

http://www.domain.com/affiliates/sale/amount/$AMOUNT/trans_id/$ORDER_ID/coupon_code/$COUPON_CODE

where $COUPON_CODE is the variable that your shopping cart uses for the coupon code, and the same entry you have added in the JAM admin area, under Coupon codes.

Adding Coupon Codes

To add coupon codes in JAM, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your JAM admin area.
2. Click on the Marketing Tools > Coupon Codes  section.
3. Click on Add Coupon.
4. On the Add Coupon page, enter the coupon code as given through your shopping cart:
   
   • Status
   • Coupon Code
   • Referring Affiliate
   • Use Program Values
   • Description
5. Save it.
