System Settings

This tab configures certain system-wide settings, such as time zones, cache, SSL and down-line options, as well as managing database back-ups.

System Settings Tab

Enable Language Selector - Enabling this option will allow users to select a language on the affiliate home page. You must enable the languages you want to show in the Settings > Manage Languages page.

Set Default Timezone - You can set the default time-zone for use here.

Enable Daylight Savings Time- Set daylight savings time here.

Set Curl Connect Timeout Value- Set the numeric timeout for Curl options.

Enable Downline Cache- If you want to cache the down-line view of members, enable this option.

Downline Cache In Minutes- The amount of time to cache down-line views.

PHP Memory Limit- This is the memory limit used by PHP. Change this to a higher number for bigger database operations.

Enable SSL In Public Area- Enable SSL in the Affiliate Public Area. The SSL URL must be the same as the URL used by your affiliate program.

Enable SSL In Members Area-Enable SSL in the Affiliate Members Area. The SSL URL must be the same as the URL used by your affiliate program.

Enable SSL In Admin Area-Enable SSL in the Affiliate Admin Area. The SSL URL must be the same as the URL used by your affiliate program.

Debug Mode - If you are having issues with your installation, you can set this option to development to display errors

Cron Job Tab

This tab lists the required and optional cron jobs to run for scheduled tasks. You will need to add these scheduled cron jobs to your web host control panel cron job area.

Database Backup Tab

Database Name- The name of your affiliate database

Enable Scheduled Backups- Enable scheduled backups of your affiliate database.

Directory Path for Backups- The full physical path where database backups will be stored.

Current Database Backups- This will show the most recent database backups you have made. If you want to restore one, just click it and it will restore that version of your database. Keep in mind that all data will be restored back to the date of the backup, and any data after will be deleted.
